Since we began operations, we have contracted for over $975 million in construction projects throughout our geographic region which includes central and southeast,along with parts of Northern areas. This year we are projected to complete an estimated $105 million worth of projects. Through state-of-the-art technology and information systems, we continuously update our database of more than 10,000 vendors and subcontractors, which allows us to develop precise information on costs for the design and development of virtually any construction project. Our strength is the ability to schedule concurrent short and long-term construction activities, and then effectively manage both for timely project completion. Today Balfour employs over 150 people, which includes an experienced professional staff and a field force of over 80 journeyman carpenters, apprentices and laborers - all focused on one goal, that the services provided exceed the expectations of our customer.
